Ginger Glazed Chicken

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 can orange juice concentrate 6 oz
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoon ginger candied
  • 1 large chicken fryer


    1. Place chicken pieces in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
    2. In a small bowl or cup, combine orange juice concentrate, water, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour orange-juice mixture over chicken.
    3. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight, turning chicken pieces occasionally.
    4. Drain off marinade. Cover dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
