Broccoli Souffle

  • 1 can soup condensed cream of chicken
  • 2 package broccoli chopped frozen 10 oz each
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 count eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise


    1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Set aside.
    2. In a saucepan, combine soup, cheese and mayonnaise; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Beat eggs; add a small amount of the hot mixture to eggs, blending well. Add eggs and broccoli to soup mixture; mix well. Pour into a 2 1/2 quart greased casserole.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
