Blue Cheese Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 2 package broccoli chopped frozen 10 oz each
  • 1/3 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoon flour


    1. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Set aside.
    2. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan; add cream cheese, blue cheese, and flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth (about 3 to 5 minutes). Add milk and bring to a boil over medium heat; add broccoli and mix well. Place mixture in a 1-quart greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
