Buttery Corn on the Cob

NOTE: Corn may be cooked on an outdoor grill over medium coals. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil dried
  • 12 count corn ears
  • 1 pinch pepper red

Directions

    1. Place each husked ear of corn on a square of aluminum foil. Melt butter; add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Brush equal amounts of butter mixture over ears of corn. Wrap foil around corn, sealing edges securely. Place foil-wrapped corn in a large roasting pan or on a grill.
    2. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
