Herbed Mushrooms

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 8 ounce mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoon fresh oregano


    1. Place butter or margarine in a microwave-safe 1 quart baking dish. Microwave on High for 45 seconds or until butter or margarine melts.
    2. Add mushrooms, oregano and minced garlic; mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
    3. Let stand for 1 minute. Serve as a side dish with beef, pork and poultry.
