Garlic Cheese Grits

  • 1 cup grits
  • 4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 6 ounce cheese garlic
  • 2 count eggs


    1. Cook grits in salted water according to package directions. Beat milk with eggs; add to grits. Melt butter or margarine and cheese; stir into grits. Pour mixture into a casserole.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
