Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 can soup condensed onion
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 count mushrooms 4 oz
  • 1 teaspoon onions

Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients in a casserole; mix well.
    2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, stirring once after 30 minutes or microwave on high for about 10 minutes covered. Let sit for about 5 minutes before removing lid.
