Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can soup condensed onion
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 count mushrooms 4 oz
- 1 teaspoon onions
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a casserole; mix well.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour, stirring once after 30 minutes or microwave on high for about 10 minutes covered. Let sit for about 5 minutes before removing lid.
