Yorkshire Pudding Muffins

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 count egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


    1. Use vegetable oil to generously cover the bottom of a muffin tin or use drippings from roast beef. Place pan in oven for several minutes to heat.
    2. Combine flour, salt, milk and egg in a mixing bowl; beat just until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or longer until pudding is browned. Cut into pieces to serve.
