Easy Fudge

Cut fudge in 1" squares - 64 pcs.


  • 16 count marshmallows large
  • 2 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 2 cup nuts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    1. Butter an 8-inch square pan; set aside.
    2. In a heavy saucepan, combine marshmellows, sugar, milk, butter or margarine, and salt; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate morsels, nuts and vanilla; blend well. Spread candy in prepared pan.
    4. Cool and cut into squares.
