Horseradish Sauce

Yield: 2 cups sauce


  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish prepared
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice


    1. In container of blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except whipped cream. Process until smooth. Gently fold the cottage cheese mixture into whipped cream and add to blender.
    2. Chill.
    3. Garnish with a sprinkle of dill weed.
