Ingredients

  • 12 ounce milk chocolate
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Directions

    1. In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup whipping cream just to boiling over medium-high heat. Remove from heat.
    2. Add 12 ounces chopped chocolate (do not stir). Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Cool for 15 minutes.
    3. Spoon evenly over desired 8 or 9-inch cake layer.
