Pumpkin Bars

  • 1 count Cream Cheese Frosting recipe
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 count eggs
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves ground
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cup flour


    1. In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, and oil until combined. Spread in an ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
    2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 2 hours on a wire rack.
    3. Spead with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars.
