Meatball and Vegetable Stew

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce mixed vegetables frozen
  • 1 can mushroom gravy
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 12 ounce meatballs cooked frozen
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon basil dried
  • 1 can tomatoes diced with onion and garlic

Directions

    1. In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockpot place meatballs and mixed vegetables.
    2. In a bowl stir together tomatoes, gravy, water and basil; pour over meatballs and vegetables.
    3. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
