Fried Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon butter or margarine or nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 4 count eggs

Directions

    1. In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat. Break eggs into skillet. When whites are set, add water. Cover skillet and cook eggs for 3 to 4 minutes or until yolks begin to thicken but are not hard.
