Tortilla Pizzas

You can brush with pizza sauce before adding vegetables or meat


  • 1/2 cup pizza or pasta sauce
  • 2 cup pizza toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas


    1. Begin by sauteing meat and vegetables in skillet (or microwave for about 2-3 minutes, if desired). Do not fully cook, remove from heat while they are still crunchy.
    2. On a grill (low heat) or in a skillet, brown tortillas on one side. Turn and place thinly sliced vegetables and meat on tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and remove from heat. Keep covered for about 5 minutes until cheese has melted.
