Oven Fried Pork Chops

  • Servings: 4 servings


  • 1 count egg
  • 4 count pork loin chops
  • 1 cup stuffing mix herb seasoned
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter


    1. Trim fat from meat.
    2. Pour melted butter into 13x9x2 inch baking pan, tilting pan to coat the bottom.
    3. In a shallow dish combine egg, milk, and pepper.
    4. Place stuffing mix in another shallow dish.
    5. Dip chops into egg mixture. Coat both sides with stuffing mix. Place in prepared pan.
    6. Bake, uncovered, in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn chops. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes more or until done and juices run clear.
