Asparagus with Almonds

This is my "go to" aspargus recipe. Easter, Christmas, entertaining...everyone loves it.


  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/3 cup almonds sliced
  • 1 pound asparagus fresh


    1. Cut or break ends off of asparagus. Melt butter in skillet and add asparagus spears. Cook 3 minutes and add almonds. Cook additional 3 to 4 minutes until asparagus is tender. Add parmesan cheese just before serving.
    This can be done in a hot oven, turned once.
