Baked Artichoke Squares

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup cheese Romano
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 package rolls crescent dinner refrigerated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 can artichokes 14 oz


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Roll out crescent rolls in the bottom of a glass baking dish. Press seams together. Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown.
    3. Meanwhile, put remaining ingredients into a food processor and pulse to combine.
    4. Spread on baked crescent rolls and bake 10 minutes more minutes, till bubbly.
    5. Let sit 10 minutes before cutting, cut into squares for serving. Serve warm.
