Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms sliced or whole
  • 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 4 count chicken breasts
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced or chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup cheese Parmesan

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Tear 4 - 12"x18" sheets of foil. Combine spices and set aside.
    2. Place slice of onion on foil, then chicken. Combine spices and cover chicken being sure to coat evenly. Top with vegetables. Dot with butter, sprinkle with seasonings. Tightly close foil; sealing envelope.
    3. Bake for 18 minutes, be careful when you open the foil because the steam will burn you.
    4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
