Yes, it really takes 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1/2 pound mushrooms sliced or whole
- 3 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 4 count chicken breasts
- 2 medium zucchini sliced
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced or chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup cheese Parmesan
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Tear 4 - 12"x18" sheets of foil. Combine spices and set aside.
- Place slice of onion on foil, then chicken. Combine spices and cover chicken being sure to coat evenly. Top with vegetables. Dot with butter, sprinkle with seasonings. Tightly close foil; sealing envelope.
- Bake for 18 minutes, be careful when you open the foil because the steam will burn you.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.
