  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 count taco sauce chunky 16 oz
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


    1. In a 1-quart glass measuring cup, combine taco sauce and cheeses. Microwave on 50% power for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted, stirring once to blend.
    2. Fold in sour cream. Pour into serving dish and serve with tortilla chips.
