Two Bean Mexican Chicken Chili

  • 1 can black beans 15 oz
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup salsa chunky and thick
  • 1 can beans pinto
  • 1 can corn
  • 2 can chicken broth
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 3 cup chicken cooked
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder


    1. Drain and rinse black beans and pinto beans.
    2. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil; reduce heat and continue to simmer for 25 minutes.
    3. Top with shredded cheeses, sour cream and/or crushed tortilla chips if desired.
