Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 can pumpkin 16 oz
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground clove
  • 3/8 cup milk

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Mix oil and sugar. Add eggs and then pumpkin.
    3. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately; mix well.
    4. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
