Fiesta Dip

Note: If dip is prepared more than 2 hours in advance


  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 1 count tortilla chips bag of
  • 6 count green onions
  • 3 count avocados
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounce sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 can jalapeno bean dip
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can olives black


    1. Seed and peel the avocados and cut into cubes.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine avocados, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste; mix thoroughly.
    3. In a separate bowl, blend sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
    4. Spread bean dip evenly in one large or two small pie plates. Top with avocado mixture; then spread sour cream mixture over top.
    5. Sprinkle tomatoes around the edge of the dish, followed by onions and then shredded cheese.
    6. Place a dollop of sour cream in the center; then surround with olives. Arrange tortilla chips around the edge of the dish for dipping.
