Serving suggestion: Fill hollowed-out sweet green or red peppers with dip


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 count hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt


    1. Chop fresh chives and parsley.
    2. Combine cottage cheese and lemon juice in container of a food processor or blender; process until completely smooth.
    3. Pour into a bowl and add all remaining ingredients; stir by hand until well mixed.
    4. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
