Cheese Ball

Yield: 1 large or 2 small cheese balls.


  • 2 count green onions
  • 12 ounce cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounce chipped beef


    1. Place dried beef in container of blender or food processor; process until meat is finely chopped. Set aside one-fourth of the beef for later use.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining chopped beef with all other ingredients; blend until smooth.
    3. Form mixture into a ball; then roll ball in reserved chopped beef to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
    4. Serve with assorted crackers.
