Ingredients

  • 4 count eggs
  • 4 count green onions
  • 3/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 count cream cheese

Directions

    1. Hard boil eggs and peel. Combine eggs and parsley in a container of blender or food processor; process until smooth.
    2. Place egg-parsley mixture in a small bowl; add all remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined.
    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve with broccoli, celery, carrots, cauliflower, cucumbers, and zucchini.
