Strawberry Soup

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup water cold
  • 1/2 cup wine red dry
  • 1/4 cup honey


    1. Wash and hull strawberries.
    2. Combine all ingredients in blender container; process until mixture is smooth and liquid.
    3. Refrigerate until completely chilled. Stir before serving.
    4. Serve in wine glasses as an appetizer.
