Sausage Balls

NOTE: Sausage balls may be frozen before baking. When ready to serve

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage pork
  • 10 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
  • 3 cup bisquik

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a mixing bowl, combine raw sausage, cheese and bisquik. Mix with your hands until thoroughly combined.
    3. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
