California French Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard dry
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup olive oil
- 3 clove garlic
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup soup condensed tomato
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, sugar, soup, vinegar, salt and dry mustard; beat with a whisk until mixture thickens.
- Add onion and garlic to mixture; stir to blend. Refrigerate dressing in a covered jar for at least 12 hours. Remove garlic pieces before serving.
- Yield: 2 cups salad dressing.
