Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 8 slice bacon
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 count pie shell 9 inch
  • 6 count eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

    1. Cook and crumble bacon. Place bacon and cheese in pie shell.
    2. Combine all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat until well blended. Pour mixture evenly over ingredients in pie shell.
    3. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    4. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
