Baked Greek Salmon

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 2 pound salmon steaks
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 count black pepper
  • 1 count tomato
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 count lemons
  • 3/8 cup fresh parsley


    1. Lighlty oil a baking pan, or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
    2. Arrange salmon steaks in prepared pan in a single layer; sprinkle with garlic, oil, oregano and pepper.
    3. Layer tomato, onion and parsley over salmon. Arrange lemon slices over top; then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with rice, whole grain rolls and a salad.
