King Crab Fettuccine

Note: Fresh or frozen crab meat can be used. Thaw crab before preparing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounce fettuccine
- 8 ounce crab meat
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
Directions
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; then drain and keep warm.
- Melt butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and saute until garlic is golden.
- Add crab meat, cream, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; stir gently until well blended and heated through.
- Pour crab mixture over fettuccine and toss to mix. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
