Broiled Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pound bay scallops
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 count parsley
- 1 count lemon
Directions
- Melt the butter.
- Divide scallops evenly among four individual oven-proof casserole dishes.
- In a small bowl or cup, combine butter or margarine, lemon juice, seasoned salt, paprika and pepper; pour mixture over scallops.
- Place dishes in oven under preheated broiler and broil for 2 to 4 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, if desired.
