Sarahs Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 2 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound sausage bulk
  • 3 count eggs
  • 1 cup oats rolled
  • 1 can mushroom pieces 4 oz
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/8 cup ketchup
  • 3/8 cup corn syrup white

Directions

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup and corn syrup. Mix gently until well combined.
    2. Press mixture into two loaf pans.
    3. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
    4. Combine ketchup and corn syrup; mix well.
    5. Drain excess grease from meat loaves; then top with ketchup-corn syrup mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer.
