Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon mustard dijon style
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar red wine

Directions

    1. Combine all ingredients whisk or shake well.
    2. Refrigerate if you are not serving immediately. Shake just before pouring.
    3. Yield: 1 cup salad dressing
