Twice Baked Potato Casserole

  • Servings: 8 servings


  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 count egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon chive
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 count egg yolks
  • 5 pound potatoes Yukon gold


    1. Boil potatoes until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and remove pulp, discarding peel.
    2. Beat potatoes, egg yolks, whipping cream, butter, chive, salt, pepper, and garlic at high speed until smooth and blended.
    3. Grease a 10x13 baking dish and spoon potato mixture into it. Combine the egg and olive oil and brush on top.
    4. Bake at 400 degrees for about 30-40 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
