Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 count egg
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 count fruits and berries assorted

Directions

    1. Preheat over 375 degrees and grease a 12" pizza pan.
    2. Cream butter and 3/4 c. sugar. Add egg, beating well. Add 1 tsp. vanilla.
    3. Combine flour and baking powder and add to above.
    4. Roll out and press into pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until done. Cool and ice with cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla mixture below: Cream cheese, 1/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla.
