Barbeque Pork

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce barbeque sauce
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 5 pound pork roast or shoulder
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 cup water

Directions

    1. Place the whole onions, pork, cloves, and water in a crock pot and slow cook (low heat) for 8-10 hours.
    2. Drain off liquid and use a fork to shred the pork.
    3. Add the bottle of barbeque sauce to the shredded pork and cook on low for 30-60 minutes longer.
