Mini Quiche

Look up our recipe for "Cream Cheese Pastry Shells" or another recipe that your prefer to use for these mini quiches.


  • 1 count vegetables and/or meats of your choice
  • 2 cup shredded cheese of your choice
  • 10 count mini pastry shells
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 count eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup half and half


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine eggs, cream, seasonings, and Worcestershire sauce and whisk until light and fluffy.
    3. Sprinkle a little shredded cheese into each of the unbaked pastry shells, already pressed into muffin tins.
    4. On top of the cheese, add any diced vegetables or meat you wish to bake in your quiches.
    5. Pour or spoon the egg mixture into the shells, filling the cups.
    6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until the egg sets. Cool on wire racks.
