Ingredients

  • 12 count eggs
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 1 package Tator Tots
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can soup cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 cup cheese cheddar shredded

Directions

    1. Fully cook sausage in skillet.
    2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 glass baking dish.
    3. Beat eggs, soup, and milk together. Stir in sausage.
    4. Place Tator Tots into baking dish, arrange so that they cover bottom evenly.
    5. Cover with cheese and bake for 40-50 minutes or until fully cooked.
