Sheri's Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cup Milnot canned milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 cup pumpkin canned
  • 1 count pie shell
  • 2 count eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
    2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour into an 8" pie shell.
    4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
    5. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 45 more minutes.
    6. Pie is done when inserted knife comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool.
