My Chocolate Cakes

  • Servings: 12 servings
Make these ahead and freeze for up to one month. Pull them out to celebrate any occasion!!! Decorate and enjoy.


  • 2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 count eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
    2. Combine dry ingredients and alternately add to above with the sour cream.
    3. Chop chocolate chips and fold into batter. Bake in large muffin tins or small fluted pans. Serve warm or frost when cooled.
