Ingredients

  • 3 count eggs
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 cup zucchini
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup nuts

Directions

    1. Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased loaf pan.
    2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
