Bubble Bread

  • 2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 count bread loaf frozen
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar


    1. Thaw frozen bread and let rise. Punch down.
    2. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Melt butter and cool.
    3. Pinch off pieces of bread dough, dip in butter and roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture.
    4. Place in greased angel food cake pan. Let rise for 1 hour or double in size.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
