Rolled Dumplings

- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked chicken breasts are best
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 cup chicken broth seasoned to taste
- 3 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients, set aside. Cut butter into mixture with a pastry cutter and add milk; forming a ball like pie dough.
- Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut into strips.
- Cut again to form squares.
- Drop into hot chicken broth (rolling boil) one at a time so they don't stick together.
- When dumplings begin to return to top of broth, lower temperature to medium and cook 30 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and serve.
