Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Choose whole grain breads and cheese of preference. This is a great sandwich with tomato basil soup.


  • 2 slice American cheese
  • 2 slice bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter


    1. Spread softened butter on slices of bread, both sides.
    2. Place bread in skillet and brown. When the first side is browned turn over and add cheese. Place other slice on top, browned side down.
    3. Brown both sides and serve.
    4. Add fresh tomato if desired.
