Ingredients

  • 2 pound new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon chive
  • 2 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    1. Halve and boil potatoes in boiling salt water for about 15 minutes.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients and toss with potatoes until coated.
