Sour Cream New Potatoes

Do not substitute reduced fat sour cream as this recipe needs this.


  • 2 tablespoon green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 count radishes
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1/2 medium cucumber
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pound new potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    1. Scrub potatoes and cook in boiling water until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    2. Drain and cool for a few minutes and then slice.
    3. Combine rest of ingredients in sauce pan and heat over low flame.
    4. Pour over potatoes and toss gently.
    5. Serve at room temp or slightly chilled.
