Freezes well! You can divide this recipe in two and freeze half for a family of four.


  • 1 pound cottage cheese
  • 2 can tomato sauce
  • 2 package cheese Ricotta
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese
  • 1 count egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 package pasta shells large


    1. Cook shells according to package directions and drain. Rinse in cold water and drain on paper towels.
    2. Combine cheeses, egg, and seasonings. Stuff shells with mixture and place into 10x13 glass baking dish.
    3. Cover with tomato sauce. You can add 1 tablespoon brown sugar to sauce if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
