Seven Layer Bars

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 package butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs


    1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press down into jelly roll pan.
    2. Sprinkle butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans on top one layer at a time.
    3. Drizzle sweetened and condensed milk evenly over the layers. Do not try to spread.
    4. Bake in 350 degree oven until top starts to brown. Do not over bake as coconut will burn easily. Bake about 12-18 minutes.
